“Was referred by our real estate agent, which concerned my father in law. But Rob put his concerns to rest almost immediately. He was polite and professional. He was very meticulous in his survey of the house and found a lot of issues the seller didn't know about. It seemed like he was flying through the inspection, but he would stop anytime you had a question and would stop after finishing a room to go over  the summary of issues and recommended fixes. He promised the full 46 page report by 7am the next morning and he didn't disappoint with its delivery at 3am! At the end of the day I needed to bring in 4 specialists to look at issues further. Three of them could not believe that he spotted some of the stuff but in the end it helped us take a huge chunk out of the sales price. He was worth every penny. “Rob, personally conducted inspection of newly constructed home I wished to purchase.  He left nothing to chance.  He inspected the roof, foundation, exterior walls, all interior issues, from windows, evenness of flooring, appropriateness of light fixtures for their respective locations, functionality of appliances, e.g., dishwasher, compliance of electrical box, furnace and water tank hook ups to examining connections inside the attic, e.g. energy internal roofing materials and flues. Further and most importunely he identified leaks around window using the most sophisticated of the thermography cameras.  While noting only one had leaked badly he noted other that needed caulking. He accurately identified slopes in the flooring in one area that will need to be remedied. In summary, he is thorough, systematic, patient and diligently inspected every aspect of the new construction, and in so doing identified issues of concern, and one of safety for an electrical fixture. I encourage anyone that is purchasing new construction to use his company.  Too often we forget that with the best of intentions builders have glitches. Trust me, Rob will miss none of them!”
